LND was selected to assist Orchard Supply Hardware, San Jose CA, and serve as the Fee Development Manager to expand the retail giant to a National Level.

LND successfully opened, expanded and renovated over 75 stores before the retailers unfortunate decline.   Locations include San Jose | Pinole | Portland, OR | Pismo Beach | West LA | Torrance | San Diego | Seal Beach | Fresno | Cottle | Concord | Long Beach | Hollywood | Napa | Mountain View | Pleasanton | Pasadena | Paso Robles | Petaluma | Princeton | and many others.

Orchard Supply was formed in 1931 as the Orchard Supply Farmers Co-op by 30 farmers, consisting mostly of fruit tree ranchers who banded together to form a cooperative to buy essential farm supplies.  Each farmer put up $30 and in the midst of the Great Depression a new company was formed.
