4th AND BROADWAY

Entitlements for this 34-story high-rise located in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. Broadway@4th is the first new high rise on Broadway in more than a generation. The project will be the first building under Broadway’s new historic guidelines and is held to the highest standards in LA.  development, and will set the precedent against which all future buildings will be measured. Design completed by Douglas Hanson, AIA, it will house approximately 450 units and parking for over 500 bicycles. The amenity deck will include a pool, fitness center, and outdoor entertaining space.
