LND served as the Development Manager for this 178 unit apartment community located in East San Diego County.  It was because of LND's close ties to local political leaders which allowed for a successful entitlement.

 

Parc One, once completed in 2014, set a San Diego record sale price for the region.

The development was well thought-out and planned including generous community spaces, large unit sizes, balconies, covered parking and amenities.
