LND served as the Development Manager for San Diego Christian College for over 4 years during the complete relocation of the entire college to its current location in Santee, CA.

The 60,000sf campus fully built-out by LND includes renewable energy sources offsetting almost 50% of the colleges energy demand.

LND entitled 132 Student Apartments for SDCC on the adjacent 14 acres for the colleges use.
