LND is a "Women Owned" boutique real estate development, investment, development management and construction company. Focusing on commercial, multi-use, hospitality and multi-family investments, with a keen awareness and skill set to support the integration of sustainable technology within each project. The experience that Jen and Matt collectively provide to our LND clients come from significant experience from projects including entitled / developed projects of over 1,000 residential units and over 1,500 hotel room keys throughout California including San Jose, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.  In addition to this, LND executives have developed more than 1,000,000 sf of Retail, office and industrial properties.
