LND hired by the landlord after seeing beautiful rustic and sustainable design used for the LND office tenant improvements.

LND's CEO, Jennifer Garcia casted a vision for the owner of 38 W Sierra Madre Blvd based upon the city's English roots.  The vision:  Create a warm, cobblestone, hidden gem of a walkway with English inspiration.  Well done Jennifer!!!
